Taskinger1. Parties & Subject Matter
1.1. This License Agreement is concluded between you ("Licensee" or "User") and Vivan Health Projects Ltd. („ВИВАН ХЕЛТ ПРОДЖЕКТС" ООД), UIC 204317046, registered at: Sveta Troitsa Complex, Bl. 376, Entr. G, Fl. 2, Apt. 76, 1309 Sofia, Bulgaria ("Licensor").
1.2. The subject matter is the grant of a software license for the Taskinger client software distribution, encompassing compiled web bundles, styling engines, UI modules, and Progressive Web App (PWA) manifest and worker components (collectively, "the Software").
1.3. Cloud database synchronization, accounts, and hosting services are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Grant of License
2.1. Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and revocable license to install, cache, execute, and display the Software on compatible desktop and mobile hardware solely for your lawful organizational and task management purposes.
2.2. You may not sublicense, lease, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit the client software package without prior written authorization.
3. Restrictions & Reverse Engineering Prohibitions
3.1. You shall not:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the non-waivable extent explicitly permitted under EU Directive 2009/24/EC on the legal protection of computer programs;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software or its graphical UI components;
- Remove or obscure any proprietary copyright notices, digital watermarks, or trademark identifiers;
- Use the client software to engineer competitive services or bypass backend access control boundaries.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All title, copyright, trademarks ("Taskinger"), logos, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of Vivan Health Projects Ltd. and its licensors.
4.2. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software, not title or ownership.
4.3. All rights in your task records, uploaded attachments, and authored notes remain 100% your proprietary property.
5. Open Source Software Dependencies
The Software incorporates third-party open-source components (including React, Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons, and Firebase Web SDK). These dependencies are governed by their respective open-source licenses (such as MIT and Apache 2.0), which remain in full effect.
6. Automatic Software Updates
The PWA client automatically checks for, downloads, and applies software patches and security updates via Service Workers. You acknowledge that Licensor may deploy automated updates to ensure system stability, security hardening, and regulatory compliance.
7. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limitations
7.1. The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7.2. The liability limitations detailed in Section 11 of the Terms of Service apply fully to this EULA.
8. Term & Termination
8.1. This EULA takes effect upon first access, download, or installation of the Software and continues until your account is terminated.
8.2. Licensor may revoke your license immediately upon material breach of usage restrictions. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete local cached PWA copies.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and EU law. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
